Kathy Kelly

I am Kathy Kelly, a Senior Accredited Therapist ( MBACP ) and a UKRC Independent Registered Therapist experienced over a number of years working in: GP Health Centres (NHS), Employee Assisted Programmes, including the Police Force, Ambulance Service and also in private practice.

I adhere to a professional Code of Ethics as set out by the British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapist (BACP).

My approach to Therapy ………….  Enabling & Empowering you to help yourself.

I believe it takes a tremendous amount of strength and courage to seek out help to feel emotionally well. I acknowledge the need to talk in a safe, comfortable, non-judgemental environment with a trained professional who will support you throughout. I work with individuals (male & female) and with couples.

Counselling is a unique relationship that offers a safe, accepting environment enabling you to explore the things that hurt and feel difficult. With courage and commitment, and in the companionship of a caring professional, you may find fresh insight, self-awareness and empowerment to make even the most difficult decisions.
